健康成年人灰质核团的脑铁含量与性别的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨成年人灰质核团脑铁含量与性别的相关性。方法对126例年龄25~85岁的男性组及女性组进行常规磁共振成像(MRI)及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)扫描,年龄相匹配,经后处理在校正相位图上分别测量左/右侧红核、黑质网状带、黑质致密带、尾状核头、壳核、苍白球和丘脑的相位值,分析相位值与性别的相关性。结果男、女性左/右侧的相位值在黑质致密带最高,红核、黑质网状带及苍白球相位值较低。在各个感兴趣区中,男性组和女性组的脑铁含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论健康成年人灰质核团的脑铁含量与性别无相关性。
