摘要
远程教育与职业教育的融合具有其合法性,但学界对两者关系的认识仍然无法摆脱传统中心论的倾向,难以转向共生论的研究范式。目前两者的融合处于"嫁接"融合的浅层次阶段,导致该现象的原因主要是对两者融合关系的认识存在误区、各主体间缺乏理解沟通、合作深度较低。两者的融合共生发展,应以平等互惠为前提、以人才培养为核心驱动、以法律为保障,需要建立科学合理的质量保障体系。
The fusion of distance education and vocational education is legitimate, but scholars' understanding of the relationship between two forms of education still can't get rid of the center theory or turn to symbiosis theory research paradigm. At present, the fusion is at the low-level of "grafting" fusion stage. The cause of the phenomenon is mainly about the misunderstanding of fusion relationship, lack of understanding, communication between different subjects and low depth of cooperation. This study solves the problem from the following aspects: taking equality and reciprocity as the premise, taking personnel training as the core driver, and taking law as the safeguard. What's more, we also need to establish scientific and reasonable quality guarantee system.
