农民工的特殊性决定了他们是市民化意愿最强且距离市民化最近的群体。基于农村劳动力转移西方理论的应用综述提炼出积极的市民化政策的基本视角与思路,从增强城市接纳能力、协调市民转化与市民化、促进农民工向上职业流动三个方面针对市民化相关现实问题进行相应的政策分析。

The peasant-workers＇ particularity determines that they are the nearest to urbanization, and have the strongest willingness for urbanization. Based on the application overview of the related western classical theories, the fundamental views and thoughts are extracted and applied to the practical problems of urbanization in our country, giving corresponding positive urbanization policy explanations in order to enhance the acceptance capacity of urban, coordinate the citizen identity transformation and the urbanization, and promote the upward mobility of peasant-workers.
