建筑工人不安全行为影响机理研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Construction Worker's Unsafe Behavior

通过文献研究,识别出安全能力、安全动机、安全教育和安全氛围等变量并提出假设模型;利用SPSS软件对问卷数据开展信、效度分析,并采用AMOS软件对假设模型进行检验;最后根据模型运行结果提出相关建议。结果显示:安全能力对安全动机具有显著影响;安全能力对安全教育具有显著影响;安全教育对班组安全氛围和项目级安全氛围具有显著影响,在安全能力和安全氛围之间起到中介影响作用。

Through literature research,this paper dentifies the variables including safety capacity,safety motivation,safety education and safety climate and proposes a hypothesis model. Then,uses SPSS to test the reliability and validation of survey data,and uses AMOS to verify the proposed model. Finally,puts forward some suggestions according to the model running results. The results show that safety capacity has significant influence on safety motivation,safety capacity has significant influence on safety education,safety education has significant influence on safety climate of construction group and safety climate of the whole project team,which play an intermediary role between safety capacity and safety climate.
