摘要
采用Φ750 mm×2 500 mm实验室圈流球磨机系统对钢球和陶瓷球两种研磨介质粉磨粉煤灰的效果进行了对比分析,通过试验得出:当粉磨同一比表面积粉煤灰时,磨机电耗相差不多,但是由于陶瓷球较弱的细磨能力,选粉机电耗增加明显;当粉磨细度为R_(45μm)=4.5%时,陶瓷球电耗可降低10%~15%左右;但是当粉磨更细的粉煤灰时,陶瓷球没有优势。
Using φ750mm×2500mm laboratory closed circuit ball mill, the grinding effect of steel ball and ceramic ball in fly ash grinding system were studied. The test results showed that the electricity consumption of ball mill that using steel ball and ceramic ball has no much difference when grinding fly ash that with same specific surface area, but the electricity consumption of separator increased significantly when using ceramic ball for its weaker fine grinding ability. The electricity consumption of ball mill that using ceramic ball could be reduced by 10%-15% when the grinding fineness was R45 ~m=4.5%, but ceramic ball has no advantage when grinding finer fly ash.
