摘要
500 kV常德北输变电工程预计将于2017年建成投产。该工程本期规划项目包括新建500 kV常德北变电站,变电容量1 000 MVA,将原有的500 kV鄂湘联络线孱-复双回线路以及220 kV七-窑线路剖入常德北变,并新建220 kV常-蔡Ⅱ线路。本文从静态安全和暂态稳定的角度对该工程投产后常益张地区主变下网能力、常德北部湖区供电能力、以及现有安控策略适应性等方面的问题进行了定量分析,为常德北输变电工程投产后相关的安全稳定控制措施的制定提供参考。
500 kV Chang-De-Bei transmission and transformation project will be put into production in 2017. The project includes 500 kV Chang-De-Bei transformer substation with the capacity of 1 000 MVA. The substation is dissected into 500 kV Chan-Fu line and 220 kV Qi-Yao line. It also includes building the new 220 kV Chang-Cai n line. This paper analyzes the project impact on transformer transmission capacity, regional power supply capacity and stable control strategy from the perspective of steady state stability analysis and transient stability analysis. Conclusions of the paper can be a reference to power grid operation.
