摘要
苯乙烯装置乙苯单元设备发生腐蚀后,结合装置实际情况开展了一系列防腐蚀实践活动。对冷却器管束进行了失效分析,查找腐蚀原因;采取了升级冷却器材质、加注缓蚀剂及增设旁路冷却器等改进措施;采用在线腐蚀探针监测并结合塔顶凝液罐切水分析监测,判定设备腐蚀情况,确保该装置安全、稳定和长周期运行。
After the occurrence of corrosion in the ethyl-benzene/styrene unit, a series of anti-corrosion practices were carried out in combination of actual conditions of the unit, such as analyzing the failure of cooler tubes, finding out the corrosion cause, upgrading the cooler material, adding corrosion inhibitors and bypass coolers, etc. The corrosion of equipment was determined through the monitoring of on-line corrosion probe and analysis of the water in the overhead condensate tank, in order to ensure a safe, stable and long-period operation.
