摘要 石蜡基高压加氢润滑油装置共4台加热炉,通过反平衡法计算出的3台加热炉热效率较低。从设计与运行情况、排烟温度、氧含量、燃料燃烧、负压及保温情况6个方面分析了影响加热炉热效率的因素,并提出了在辐射室增加炉管或在集烟室增加其他低温介质管线;控制好油门、气门、风门及烟道挡板(三门一板),保证燃料充分燃烧,降低过剩空气系数;优化4台加热炉烟道挡板开度;对所有漏风和超温部位的保温衬里及时修复等优化措施,以达到节能环保、安全生产的目的。 There are 4 heating furnaces in paraffin based high-pressure hydrogenation lubricating oil unit, of which heat efficiency of 3 heating furnaces is low according to the results of counter-balance method. Influencing factors were analyzed from 6 aspects of design and operation situations, smoke exhaust temperature, oxygen content, fuel combustion, negative pressure and thermal insulation. Optimization measures were put forward to achieve the purpose of energy saving, environmental protection and safety production, such as adding tube in radiation chamber or low temperature medium pipeline in smoke collecting chamber, optimizing "three valve and one fuel plate " to ensure full combustion of fuel and reduce excess air coefficient, adjusting flue baffle opening of 4 heating furnaces, repairing immediately insulation lining in the location of air leakage and over temperature.
