摘要
长期以来,某发电公司脱硫氧化风机故障率偏高,运行不稳定,已经对脱硫系统的安全稳定高效运行构成了严重的威胁。本文对脱硫氧化风机故障率等的原因进行了分析,提出了风机的优化运行方式。实践表明,采用优化运行方式,可显著提升脱硫系统的安全性和经济性。
For a long time, the desulfurization oxidation air compressor of a certain power plant has been the serious problem of high failure rate and unstable operation. The paper analyzes the cause of the high failure rate of desulfurization oxidation air compressor, and puts forword the optimization operation mode. Practice proves that the optimization mode can effctively improve the safety and economy of desulfurization system.
