摘要 为降低传统带电作业更换横担、瓷瓶的安全风险,减轻作业人员的劳动强度,研制组合式抱箍底座装置,实现了配网带电更换直线横担项目,由原来的2人操作实现了单人操作,时间由150 min降低为30 min,提高了工作效率。研制了绝缘斗臂小吊臂的组合式抱箍底座装置,可地面安装绝缘辅助横担,降低了带电作业风险。 In order to reduce the safety risk of the cross-pole and porcelain bottle replacement for the traditional electric work and the labor intensity of the workers , a combined hoop base device is developed . The distribution network live replacement of linear cross arm project is realized from the original operation of 2 persons to a single person operation and operating time is reduced. Combined hoop base device combining small arm of insulating bucket arm; the utility model can be ground mounted with an auxiliary supporting arm, reducing the risk of live work.
