摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)预测肝细胞肝癌(HCC)微血管侵犯的价值。方法搜集102例HCC患者的CT及临床资料,根据病理结果有无微血管侵犯分成两组,采用独立样本t检验比较两组患者的年龄、甲胎蛋白(AFP)值、肿瘤大小、肿瘤增强CT值;采用χ~2检验比较两组患者的性别、肝炎类型、肝功能分级、分级程度、肿瘤边缘是否光滑、有无包膜、周围强化。结果非微血管侵犯52例,微血管侵犯50例,肿瘤的大小、分级程度、边缘、包膜、门静脉期CT值、周围强化与微血管侵犯相关。结论术前通过MSCT表现可以预测HCC微血管侵犯。
Objective The value of multi-slice spiral CT in predicting the invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC)was investigated. Methods Clinical data of 102 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with CT,according to the pathological results,were divided into two groups depending on presence of microvascular invasion. Independent sample t test was used to compare the two groups in age,tumor size,tumor enhanced CT value,AFP value; χ~2 test was used in comparing the two groups of patients with gender,types of hepatitis,liver function grading,grading,the edge of tumor smooth,surrounding capsule,enhancement. Results There were 52 cases of no microvascular invasion and 50 cases of microvascular invasion of the tumor. The size of the tumor,the edge of the smooth tumor,the capsule of the tumor,CT value in portal vein phase,the surrounding area of the tumor and the degree of tumor differentiation were related to the invasion of the microvascular in 52 cases. Conclusion The multi slice spiral CT scan can be used to predict microvascular invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma.
