In this paper,on the basis of practice experience of the asphalt concrete pavement cold regeneration construction technology and construction technology are analyzed and discussed,put forward the recycling construction technology control points and methods of cold asphalt concrete pavement,the asphalt concrete pavement cold regeneration construction technology should be used to effectively solve the problem of the damage of the old asphalt pavement,to ensure the normal operation of highway.
