在工程建设中,工程造价预算起着非常重要的作用。工程造价预算是控制建筑成本的有效依据,但是在我国的工程造价方面,往往会出现超预算的情况。针对这种超预算的现象进行了简单的分析,并提出了相应的对策。

Engineering cost budget not only plays an important role in engineering construction,but also is the effective basis for controling building cost. However,it usually occurs ultra-budget conditions in engineering cost in China at present. The paper analzyes the ultra-budget phenomenon,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
