摘要
针对建筑行业出现的新形势与新问题,从社会评价、发展理念、政策导向及组织机构等方面提出了创新创优的方法,以促进建筑业的再发展,为社会建设出高质量的建筑工程。
The new situation and new problems appearing in this paper in view of the construction industry,and puts forward the method of innovation and excellence in many aspects from the social evaluation,development concept,policy orientation,and organization,to further promote the development of the construction industry,can produce high quality construction projects for social construction.
