城乡规划视角下的兰州农村社区发展模式初探

A Study on the Development Model of Rural Community in Lanzhou from the Perspective of Urban and Rural Planning

随着我国经济社会和城镇化水平的不断发展提高,农村将面临村民人口外迁、村庄规模和数量减少等问题,这些问题将直接关系到农村社区的建设。本文基于城乡规划的视角,通过对兰州市农村社区的现状分析,找出现阶段兰州农村社区存在的问题,研究适合于该地区农村社区发展模式。因地制宜地选择农村社区发展模式,对解决"三农"问题,统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义美丽乡村建设,构建社会主义和谐社会有着重要的意义。

With the continuous development of Chinese economic,social and urbanization level,the rural areas will face the problem of villagers' relocation,village scale and quantity reduction.These problems will be directly related to the construction of rural communities. Based on the urban and rural planning,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural communities in Lanzhou and finds out the problems existing in the rural communities of Lanzhou at present,and studies the rural community development model suitable for the region.It is of great significance to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas,to promote the construction of socialist countryside and to build a harmonious socialist society.
