摘要
余热处理钢筋是通过轧后余热处理工艺得到的低成本高性能钢筋,其强度等级高、造价低、生产工艺简单。但是由于我国早期余热处理钢筋的生产工艺不成熟,导致余热处理钢筋的力学性能不稳定,这使得余热处理钢筋的推广使用受到了较大的限制。但如今,随着生产工艺的不断进步,我国生产的余热处理钢筋性能不稳定情况已经得到较大改善。本文介绍了余热处理钢筋的生产工艺、力学性能以及推广余热处理钢筋的意义和可行性。
Quenching and self - tempering ribbed bar is a low cost and high performance steel bar obtained by the waste heat treatment process after rolling. The product has the advantages of high strength grade, low cost and simple production process. However, due to the immature production process of the steel bars in the early stage in China, the mechanical properties of the steel bars are not stable, which makes the promotion of the use of quenching and self - tempering ril^bed bar has been a greater limit. But now, withi the continuous progress of the production process, quenching and self - tempering ril ^bed bar % s perform-ance instability has been greatly improved. This paper introduces the production process, mechanical properties of quenching and self _ tempering ribbed bars and discusses the significance and Xeasibility oX promoting quenching and self - tempering ribbed bar.
