大学生志愿服务工作体系的规范化研究

20世纪90年代至今,我国志愿服务团队日渐壮大,志愿者服务质量显著提升,在当今志愿服务的大潮中,大学生志愿者的地位越来越重要,已成为我国志愿者的核心力量。但由于我国志愿服务起步较晚,缺乏统一管理和相关法律约束,所以大学生志愿服务工作仍存在一些问题,如服务内容单一、浮于表面,志愿者流动率高等,制约了志愿活动的可持续发展。为加强大学生志愿组织管理,进一步提升志愿服务效率,需要结合大学生专业知识,创新志愿服务形式,建立严格的志愿者选拔制等,以建立规范化的志愿服务体系。

But because of the voluntary service in China started late, the lack of unified management and relevant legal constraints, so the student volunteer service still has some problems, such as college students volunteer service contents, floating on the surface, the flow rate of higher college student volunteers, restricted the sustainable development of volunteer activities. In order to strengthen college students volunteer organization and management, to further enhance the efficiency of college students volunteer service, with professional knowledge, innovative forms of voluntary service, establish a strict volunteer selection system, the establishment of standardized groping in the volunteer se rvice system, the volunteer activities in order to grow up.
