Patent operation is an important business content of Chinese giant enterprises. This paper expounds the patent operation and its profit model, analyzes the specific practices of the patent operation of three world giant enterprises at home and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions for the patent operation of Chinese giant enterprises. This study has certain guiding significance for patent operation of China＇s giant enterprises.
