摘要
为了确定5种抗体在免疫组织化学染色效果中的最佳修复方法,本文分别采用水煮法、微波法和高压法对抗原进行修复后,按常规免疫组化方法进行染色、镜检.结果表明5个抗体在高压修复下都是强表达,P53、P63在微波修复20 min下也是强表达.因此,从修复效果、时间及稳定性等角度综合考虑,高压0.1 Mpa(121℃)修复2 min是对P53、P63、Ki67、CK5/6、CK7的较佳修复方式.
In order to obtain the optimum repair methods of five antibodies on the immunohistochemical staining, the antigens were respectively repaired by using boiled, microwave, high pressure method, and stained by routine immunohistochemical method, observed and evaluated. Results showed five antibodies were strongly expressed by high pressure repair method, and P53 and P63 were also strongly expressed using microwave repair for 20 min. So in view of time, stability and high pressure, repair method (0.1 Mpa, 2 min) was the better method to repair P53, P63, Ki67, CK5/6 and CK7.
