基于与NCAA对比分析的CUBA竞赛制度研究

Research on CUBA Competition System Reform Based on Comparative Analysis of NCAA

作为中国的"NCAA",CUBA一度被视为教体结合的标杆.经过近20年的发展,仍未实现为中国职业联赛和国家培养更多优秀人才的夙愿,还差强人意.研究运用对比、文献资料和专家访谈等方法对CUBA竞赛办法、管理制度和NCAA竞赛办法、管理制度等进行剖析,并对造成CUBA联赛发展缓慢,竞技水平不高提出若干建议:修订运动员参赛条件、完善运动员招生政策、聘用高水平篮球教练员和更改赛制以提升竞赛的观赏性和社会影响力等.

Compared with NCAA, this paper puts forward the reform of CUBA players participating condition and academic performance management, the selection of coaches and so on to cultivate more and more college basketball talents for the Chinese professional basketball league. It is recommended to revise the athletes＇ entry conditions, improve the athletes1 enrollment policies, employ high-level basketball coaches and change the system to enhance the ornamental value and social influence of the competition.
