意象非美--关于意象美学的几个理论问题

The Imagery isn't the Beauty——On several theoretical problems in the imagery aesthetics

意象美学认为,美在意象。但是严格说来,美与意象并非一回事。美是一种价值,它源于人对事物进行的趣味判断;而意象则是一种存在,它是事物对人而言的一种特殊的存在方式。意象并非美的本体,美并非只因意象产生。人对一个对象的鉴赏判断,或是针对于意象,或是针对于单纯的形式。所以,美学不能单纯将意象作为研究对象,还要积极对待日常生活中的审美问题。

The central proposition of the imagery aesthetics is that the beauty is the imagery. But,in a strict sense,the imagery is not the same as the beauty. The beauty is a value which stems from man's taste judgment to the objects,but the imagery is a being that depends on man's consciousness. Imagery is not the entity of the beauty,and the beauty is not necessarily rooted in the imagery. The object of taste judgment can be imagery or the pure forms. So,it can not only regard the imagery as the object of aesthetics,but also think actively the aesthetic problems in everyday life.
