摘要
院以玉米盐敏感自交系P138 和耐盐自交系81162 及8723 为材料,探讨外源脯氨酸对不同玉米自交系耐盐性影响的差异。结果表明:在200 mmol/L NaCl 胁迫下,添加250 滋mol/L 外源pro,与只加NaCl 的对照组相比,能够最大程度的缓解盐胁迫,并且在萌发期对盐敏感自交系P138 的缓解作用略大于耐盐自交系81162 和8723,而在苗期对盐敏感自交系P138 的缓解作用则略小于耐盐系81162 和8723.
The salt-sensitive maize inbred line P138 and salt-tolerant maize inbred lines 81162 and 8723 were employed toresearch the effects of exogenous proline on salt tolerance in germination and seedling stages.The Results showed that,there was agreatest effect in maize germination and seedling stage with adding 250 μmol/L exogenous Pro under 200 mmol/L NaCl ,and compared with CK,the salt tolerance was increase significantly,and the morphological indexes in germination and the physiological andbiochemical characteristics in seedling stage were significant improved.The salt sensitive inbred lines 8723 and 81162 of effect in250 μmol/L exogenous Pro was slightly smaller than salt-tolerant inbred line in germination.
