摘要
分析了生物安全实验室静压差的物理意义,总结了高等级生物安全实验室压力波动的主要影响因素,给出了国家标准对生物安全实验室的负压梯度技术指标及抗干扰能力技术要求,阐述了生物安全实验室常用压力梯度控制技术措施,提出了高等级生物安全实验室压力梯度动态控制策略。案例分析结果表明该控制策略可有效应对实验室压力波动影响因素的干扰、确保实验室的定向流。
Analyses the physical significance of negative pressure in biosafety laboratory. Summarizes the main influencing factors of pressure fluctuation in high-level biosafety laboratory. Presents the technical requirements on the negative pressure gradient and the anti-interference ability in the national standard for biosafety laboratory. Elaborates common technical measures of pressure gradient control used in biosafety laboratory. Provides dynamic control strategies of pressure gradient in high-level biosafety laboratory. The analysis result of a case study shows that the control strategies can effectively solve the interference problem of the pressure fluctuation in the laboratory and ensure the directional flow of the laboratory.
