摘要
以典型5.7m×7.5mⅠ级洁净手术室为例,对比了一次回风空调系统安装热管换热器辅助电加热设备前后的能耗。结果表明:安装热管换热器后的节能量大于阻力增加带来的能耗增加量,管排数越多,节能越显著;管排数增加,初投资相应增加,静态投资回收期延长。
Taking a typical Class I clean operating room of 5.7 m ×7.5 m as an example, compares the energy consumption of primary return air system with and without a heat pipe exchanger auxiliary electric heating equipment. The results show that after the installation of a heat pipe heat exchanger the energy saving is greater than its increased energy consumption caused by more resistance, the more the number of pipe rows, the higher the energy saving, and the increase of heat pipe row number leads to higher initial cost, which leading to the longer payback period accordingly.
