太阳能驱动的自冷式除湿空调实验研究

摘要 基于除湿换热器技术研究,结合蒸发冷却器,构建了自冷式除湿空调系统,并在上海夏季工况下对该空调系统的可行性和除湿性能进行了实验验证和分析。蒸发冷却器中通入系统产生的部分干燥空气以制取冷却水,再让该冷却水进入除湿换热器中带走除湿过程产生的吸附热,同时太阳能制取再生热水供给系统实现除湿换热器中干燥剂的再生。实验结果显示:该系统的平均除湿量和热力性能系数分别可以达到8.11g/kg和0.51;在其他实验参数保持不变的情况下,系统的平均除湿量和热力性能系数随处理空气进口含湿量的增加而明显升高。 Based on the technology of desiccant coated heat exchanger (DCHE) and combined with evaporative cooler, establishes a self-cooled desiccant air conditioning system. Verifies and analyses the feasibility and dehumidification performance of the air conditioning system under the summer condition in Shanghai. In this system, evaporative cooler is used to produce cooling water by dry air. The cooling water carries out the absorption heat from dehumidification process, at the same time, the supply system of recovery hot water by solar energy realizes the desiccant regeneration in the desiccant coated heat exchanger. The experimental results show that the average moisture removal and thermodynamic performance coefficient are 8. 11 g/kg and 0. 51, respectively. While at the same other parameters, the moisture removal and thermodynamic performance coefficient increase significantly with the increase of humidity ratio of inlet air.
