我国农户2016年储藏玉米黄曲霉毒素B_1污染情况调查

Investigation of aflatoxin B_1 contamination in storage maize from farmers of China in 2016

对采集自我国17个省市自治区、5个生态储量区、14种装具中的农户储藏玉米的271个样品中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量进行测定。217个样品中24.7%为检出含有黄曲霉毒素B_1,其中98.5%的含量低于食品安全国家标准的限量,100%低于饲料卫生标准的限量;第Ⅱ和第Ⅵ储粮生态区的玉米样品的黄曲霉毒素B_1含量低于食品安全国家标准的限量。

The aflatoxin El content of 271 corn samples collected from 17 provinces（cover 5 different grain storage ecological zones）in 14 types of storage facilities were determined, 98. 5% of those samples witch aflatoxin I31 content were lower than Na-tional food safety standard, 100% of those witch aflatoxin t31 content were lower than National Hygienical standard for feeds. The samples from the grain storage ecology zone Ⅱ ＆ Ⅵ witch aflatoxin Bi content were all lower than National food safety standard.
