摘要
针对首钢京唐现场冶炼条件,将钢包用狭缝式透气砖设计改造为弥散式,根据试验结果,弥散式透气砖能够适应于首钢京唐现场环境,在精炼过程中透气量优于狭缝式透气砖;使用过程中能够大大减少透气砖的烧氧次数,降低工人劳动强度;弥散式透气砖若使用至接近狭缝式透气砖残砖的高度,寿命可以提高4~7次。
In view of the smelting conditions of Shougang Jingtang site,the sliver-type ventilation bricks are designed to be diffused. According to the test results,the dispersion-type bricks can adapt to the Jingchang site environment of Shougang,and the air permeability is better than that of the slit breathable bricks in the refining process; the use of the process can greatly reduce the number of oxygen bricks; if used to the same residual high,life can be increased 4 ~ 7 times.
