摘要
从大包长水口尺寸及质量、长水口的连接密封、大包自开率、中包钢液面的保护浇注等方面分析了大包保护浇注的影响因素,通过采取改进长水口尺寸及质量、控制长水口的连接密封、提高大包自开率等一系列措施,生产得以稳定,保护浇注效果得以提升。
This paper analyses the influence factor of ladle protective casting by the size and quality of ladle shroud,the connecting and sealing of the ladle shroud,the ladle free opening rate,the protection cast of tundish molten steel,etc.A series of measures have been taken to stable production and improve the ladle protective casting effect,including improving the size and quality of the ladle shroud,controlling the connecting and sealing of the ladle shroud,improving the ladle free opening rate,etc.
