摘要
温州市绿色建筑专项规划是落实《浙江省建筑节能及绿色建筑发展"十三五"规划》的保障措施,温州设计集团按此规划的要求,结合温州市气候、环境、能源、经济及产业发展等特点,对2025年的温州市绿色建筑专项规划的总体发展目标、技术路径进行分析,并对发展目标和政策单元进行科学的管理分区,文章据此做出相关探讨。
Green Building Special Planning is the safeguards of implementing “The ‘13th Five-Year Plan’ of Building Energy Conservation and Green Building Development in Zhejiang Province”, task of Wenzhou Design Assembly Company Ltd.taken from Wenzhou Municipal Commission of Housing and Rrban-Rural Development.According to the planning requirements of superior, combined with the characteristics of climate, environment, energy, economy and industry development in Wenzhou, This paper clarifies the Overall development goals and Technical path of Wenzhou Green Building Special planning for 2025, scientifically defines the zoning of development objectives and policy units.
