城市综合体建筑的设计,应充分利用所处的场地条件,结合功能需求与街区环境实现整合协调,使建筑充分地融入城市交往空间;设计中探寻绿色技术手段实现建筑的可持续运营与维护,运用简约有效的设计手法塑造具有识别性与时代感的建筑形态,解决都市更新中综合性建筑的要求与矛盾,达成建筑与环境和谐共生。

The design of urban complex building should make full use of the site conditions, so that it can be combined with the functional needs of the block environment to achieve integration and coordination, and the building can fully integrate into the city communication space. In the design, we seek the green technology means to realize the sustainable operation and maintenance of the building. It uses the simple and effective design means to shape the architectural form with discernment and sense of the times, and solves the requirements and contradictions of the comprehensive building in the urban renewal, and achieves the goal of harmonious symbiosis between architecture and environment.
