摘要
武汉市轨道交通七号线Ⅲ号出入口及Ⅳ号出入口采用顶管法施工。该工程顶管掘进机开挖断面尺寸为9820mm×5520mm,为大断面矩形顶管,控制地面及管线沉降、控制顶管机姿态、防止顶管机整体后退是该工程重难点之一。根据工程经验和现场条件,选择合适顶管机性能参数,确定顶管掘进方案,控制顶进速度,严格控制出土量,防止超挖或欠挖,控制顶进轴线、地面沉降、管节注浆、渣土改良、管节防水等环节,工程顺利实施,取得良好效果。
