隐性教育视域下的新疆高校思政教育实效性研究

Research on Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges of Xinjiang from the Perspective of Implicit Education

隐性教育是把教育内容、教育目的贯穿于人们日常生活之中,使人们在潜移默化中接受教育的一种教育方式。它采用喜闻乐见的方式,将思想政治教育的内容和目的渗透于大学生的日常学习和生活之中,改大水漫灌为小水滴灌,以春风化雨、润物细无声之势,使大学生在不知不觉中接受了有目的的思想政治教育。若新疆高校能贯彻和渗透隐性教育的理念和方法,必将大大提高思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。

Implicit education with educational contents and purposes runs throughout people ＇ s daily life,making people receive education unconsciously. It penetrates the contents and purposes of the ideological and political education into college students＇ daily study and life by a popular way,that is,to let college students accept goal-directed education in an implicated way. If colleges and universities in Xinjiang can carry out and penetrate the ideas and methods of implicit education,will the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education be greatly improved.
