农产品供应链中农民利益的保障分析

Analysis on Guarantee of Farmers' Interests in Agricultural Products Supply Chain

根据对农民和农产品供应链的定义,指出农产品供应链主要存在供求不确定、流通环节多、功能性多、市场力量不对等、物流要求高等弊端,认为生产规模小、信息不畅、基础设施落后、文化程度低、抗风险能力低等是农民处于弱势现状的主要原因。文章从农民在供应链中的利益实现方式和利益保障程度两个方面,阐述了农民的利益现状,并针对如何提高农民在供应链中的利益问题,提出了相应的对策。

According to the definition of farmers and agricultural products supply chain,this paper points out the disadvantages in agricultural products supply chain such as the uncertainty of supply and demand,multiple circulation links,versatility,unequal market forces,high logistics demand and so on,considering that the main reasons for the farmers at a disadvantage situation lie in the small production scale,poor information,lag infrastructure,low culture degree,low ability to resist risks. And it expounds the present situation of farmers' interests from the implementation ways of farmers' interests and guarantee degree in the supply chain,then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to increase farmers' interests in the supply chain.
