摘要
明确界定了创新创业生态体系成熟度的内涵。基于创新要素、创新关系、创新功能,构建了创新创业发展生态成熟度综合评价指标体系,并选取上海浦东、天津滨海、重庆两江、广州南沙、青岛西海岸、大连金普、四川天府等7个国家级新区,对其创新创业生态体系成熟度进行定量分析和综合评价。根据实证结论,验证区域创新创业生态成熟度的一般理论模型的准确性,以期为国家级新区创新创业生态体系建设提供理论参考。
This paper defines the connotation of the maturity of innovation and entrepreneurship ecological system.Based on innovation factors,innovation relations and innovation functions,it constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological maturity for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship,which chooses seven national high-tech zones such as Shanghai Pudong,Tianjin Binhai,Chongqing Liangjiang,Guangzhou Nansha,Qingdao West Coast,Dalian Jinpu and Sichuan Tianfu to make quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation on their ecological system maturity of innovation and entrepreneurship. The accuracy of the general theory model of regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecological maturity is proved through an experimental conclusion,hoping to provide theoretical references for the construction of national high-tech zones' innovation and entrepreneurship ecological system.
