“Thinking Confusion”in the Relations among Northeast Asian Countries and China's Strategic Choice

发展思维和安全思维一直为东北亚各国所秉承,两种思维的交融与冲突是东北亚地区新成就不断取得、新问题不断涌现的重要诱因,认识到两种思维的存在、学会彼此换位思考、促进不同思维之间的理解,是东北亚各国走向和平、实现合作、推动发展、维护稳定的必由之路。作为本地区的主要国家,中国所秉持的思维长期左右了地区国家关系的格局。鉴于国家实力和进一步发展的意愿,中国今后的思维走向对地区日益具有了决定性的意义,中国包容、义利、共同发展的理念和举措势必会对地区的未来产生深远影响。

Development thinking and security thinking have been upholding by Northeast Asian countries,and the interactions and conflicts are the important incentives that makes new achievements and emerges new problems. It is the only way for Northeast Asian countries to recognize the existence of two modes of thinking,learn transposition each other and promote the understanding between different thinkings in order to move towards peace,realize cooperation,promote development and maintain stability. As a main country in this area,China determines the pattern of the relations among the countries. Considering national strength and will of further development,China's future thinking trend will have a decisive significance for the region. China's inclusive,justicial and common development concept and measures are bound to have a profound impact on the future development of the region.
