摘要
我国特殊教育学校一线教师中多数毕业于普通师范院校,非特殊教育背景出身的教师,其专业成长历程益发艰辛。此研究的个案是毕业于普通师范学院的特殊教育老师,采取访谈法探究个案在无专业基础的背景下如何促进自己的专业化发展。
In our country,most of the teachers in the special education schools graduated from the ordinary normal colleges,resulting that the teachers without special education background have a more difficult growth process. This study chooses a special education teacher who graduated from a normal college as a case and makes an interview to explore how to promote his own professional development under non-professional background.
