摘要
随着互联网技术的普及,共享经济逐渐走入了人们的生活,引发了一场工作模式和生活方式的巨大变革,我国企业在共享经济下应该如何顺势而为进行人才管理成为当下理论界和管理实践领域需要解决的一大崭新课题。研究发现:第一,共享经济包括供给方、共享经济平台和需求方三大主体,三方通过优化资源配置,实现资源共享从而达成共赢;第二,共享经济下,我国企业人才管理面临着企业人才范畴宽泛化、团队边界模糊化、绩效评价体系市场化、人力资本提升定向化和人才管理信息化五大发展趋势;第三,尝试构建以内部人才和外部利益相关人员为主体,规范化管理和文化引领为支撑,需求导向培训方式和市场导向结算方式为途径的人才管理新模式。
With the popularity of Internet technology,shared economy gradually goes into people's lives and triggers a great change in the work mode and lifestyle.How Chinese enterprises should to go with the flow to manage talent under the shared economy is an important new issue in both theoretical area and practice area.This research has three findings.First,shared economy includes three main bodies:supply side,shared economic platform and demand side.The three sides can achieve resource sharing and achieve win-win by optimizing the allocation of resources.Secondly,under the shared economy,the talent management of Chinese enterprises is facing five development trends,such as the generalization of talent category of enterprises,the blurring of team boundaries,the marketization of performance evaluation system,the orientation of human capital promotion and the informatization of talent management.Thirdly,this study attempts to build a new talent management model based on the internal talents and external stakeholders as the main body,standardized management and cultural guidance as the support,demand oriented training methods and market-oriented form of settlement methods as the path.
