摘要
本文提出了一种新的聚丙烯长丝土工布生产方法:选用高强无捻聚丙烯长丝纤维,利用静电分丝原理进行分丝,进而摆丝成网、针刺加固制备聚丙烯长丝土工布。主要探讨了分丝效果对最终产品质量的影响,并对制成样品的克重、厚度、拉伸强度、撕破强度、顶破强度、垂直渗透性、有效孔径进行了测试分析。结果表明,样品的各项性能均超出国家标准要求,综合性能与市场现有产品相比具有较好的应用潜力。
This paper presents a new method of producing polypropylene flament geotextiles: select high strength twistless polypropylene flament as raw material; separate the flaments by an electrostatic separator; form a uniform fber web and then consolidate on needle, punching machine. This paper mainly discusses the infuence of the separated flaments on the end product quality. And a series of indexes, i.e., the surface density, thickness, tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, vertical permeability and efective pore size of the prepared fabric, are tested and analyzed. Results indicate that all the performance indexes have exceeded the national standard, which have greater application potential than the existing products on market.
