多联疗法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗青少年突发性聋疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of multi combination therapy combined with rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of adolescent sudden deafness

目的观察多联疗法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗青少年突发性聋的临床疗效。方法将60例确诊为突发性耳聋患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例给予银杏叶注射液、胞二磷胆碱钠注射液、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液和鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组给予银杏叶注射液、胞二磷胆碱钠注射液及地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,2组疗程均为2周。检测2组治疗前后各型患者听阈情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后2组各型患者听阈均显著改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组中低频下降型和平坦及全聋型患者听阈改善幅度均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组中低频下降型和平坦及全聋型患者有效率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组总有效率73.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多联疗法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗青少年突发性聋对中低频下降型和平坦及全聋型疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of multi combination therapy combined with mouse nerve growth factor in treating adolescent sudden deafness. Methods Sixty adolescent patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Ginkgo biloba injection,Citicoline sodium injection,dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection and mouse nerve growth factor,the control group was given Ginkgo biloba injection,Citicoline sodium injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,the treatment courses were 2 weeks. After two weeks of treatment,the value of hearing threshold of each types patients were detected in the 2 groups before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment,the hearing thresholds of different types of patients were significantly improved in the 2 groups( all P < 0. 05),and the hearing improvement in patients of middle and low frequency descending type,and flat and deaf type were significantly higher than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The effective rate in patients of middle and low frequency descending type and flat and all deafness type in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate was 73. 3%in the treatment group and 66. 7% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P >0. 05). Conclusion Multi therapy combined with rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of adolescent sudden deafness has significant effect on middle and low frequency descending type and flat and all deafness type,it is worthy of clinical application.
