家用智能双膜净水机设计与实践

摘要 针对现有家用双膜净水机存在水资源浪费、双膜使用寿命较短和缺乏水质检测等问题,对双膜净水机的工作流程进行创新设计,增加带液位检测的储水桶,使反渗透"废水"合理利用,节约水资源;增加双膜冲洗和柠檬酸深度清洗的自动化流程,提高了双膜的使用寿命。在自主设计完成的单片机上搭载水质检测模块,用户可查询水质信息。在综合成本分析和节水分析的基础上设计的双膜净水机符合"节能减排,智'惠'生活"的设计理念。 In view of the problems of dual membrane water purifier, such as waste of water resource, short service life and lack of water quality testing, the working process of dual membrane water purifier was redesigned. Storage tank with liquid level detector was added in order to make full use of the "waste water" discharged by reverse osmosis process and save water resources. Also, automatic processes of rinsing and citric acid deep cleaning by dual membrane were added to improve the service life of dual membrane. The independently designed micro control unit was equipped with water quality detection module so that users could check water quality information. The dual membrane water purifier designed based on analysis concerning comprehensive cost and water saving accorded with the design concept of "energy conservation and emission reduction, intelligent and economical life".
