Promotion of supply-side reform is the strategic choice in new normal of national economicdevelopment and is of fundamental significance to the improvement of national economic structure andtransformation of development pattern. However, as a major interest adjustment and systems engineering, it isnecessary to plan as a whole, identify appropriate focus and propulsion path, and take a series of fundamentalmeasures. An innovation-oriented economic structure should be established, based in China, based on realityand with a focus on solving the problem of the long-term imbalance of our economic structure.
