《中图法》第五版修订后类目设置问题分析及探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Category Setting of Chinese Library Classification(5th Edition)

《中图法》(第五版)在《中图法》(第四版)的基础上做了增改注释、增加类目划分深度及增补新类等一系列修订,以适应文献的快速增长。但仍存在类号设置不一致、类目设置不合理、分类标准不一致、重复列类等问题,文中对这些问题逐一进行了分析,指出具体的修改方法,有待于《中图法》在以后的修订工作中予以更正。

Chinese Library Classification,Fifth Edition has made a series of revisions based on Chinese Library Classification,Fourth Edition,such as adding and revising annotation,increasing the depth of category classification,and supplementing new categories,so as to adapt to the rapid growth of literature.But there are still problems of inconsistent setting of category number,unreasonable category setting,repeated category,etc.These problems are analyzed one by one in the article and specific modification methods are put forward for the sake of future revision of Chinese Library Classification.
