职业院校要在建设特色专业的基础上把工匠的标准融入其中,通过精益求精的精神以及专注的态度来打造属于本专业的"工匠",培育与本专业发展相适应的"工匠精神"。结合高职院校的特点以及专业建设、人才培养的实际,高职院校学生"工匠精神"的培养离不开理论课堂教学、实习实训教学、校园文化的营造、竞技式教学的实施以及校企合作五大平台,通过这"五部曲"对高职学生工匠精神的培养和渗透具有重要的意义和价值。
