高职院校立德树人的思考

Reflections on Moral Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

立德树人是高校思想政治工作的中心环节。目前高职院校立德树人工作存在领导不重视、教职员工忽视、学生轻视、工作实效性差等问题。解决办法主要是坚持"三全"育人,即全员育人、全程育人和全方位育人。高职院校只有广泛调动校内外所有有关人员和德育资源,建立课内外、校内外、各门课程、各种人员等多种协同育人机制,才有可能做好立德树人工作。

Moral education is the center of the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges. However,college leaders, teaching staff and students don't attach great importance to moral education, which leads to their poor working efficiency. The solution to these problems should mainly adhere to all-round education. It is essential for higher vocational colleges to widely mobilize all relevant personnel and moral education resources. Meanwhile colleges should establish various cooperative education mechanism to achieve excellent efficiency in moral education.
