高校辅导员相对教师而言,科研能力较弱,对其科研能力提升显得非常必要。为此,高校应采取建立辅导员工作团队、设立辅导员专项研究课题、举办辅导员职业技能大赛、开展辅导员工作沙龙等策略,来全面提高辅导员科研能力。

Compared with teachers, the scientific research ability of university counselors is weak, so it is necessary to improve their research ability. Therefore, colleges and universities should establish counselor team, set up special research topic,hold professional skills contest, and carry out the working salon to fully promote their scientific research ability.
