摘要 汽车电动刮水器的控制通常有高速、低速和间歇控制三个档位。高低速的控制是利用正极电刷与高低速电刷之间并联的两条电枢绕组回路中线圈的数量的不同实现控制;间歇控制有机械式和电子式,原理各不相同。通过在实训教学中遇到的问题,将19型电子式雨刮继电器拆解,绘制出控制线路图,从而分析出电动刮水器的间歇控制原理。其控制原理主要是利用电容器的充放电通过三级管的两极放大控制继电器的通断来实现。 The control of automotive electric wiper usually consists of three gears, high speed, low speed and intermittent control. The control of high and low speed is realized by the difference of the number of coils in the two armature winding loops in parallel between the positive brush and the high and low speed brushes. The intermittent control has mechanical and electronic modes, and the principles are different. By analysing the problems in the practice teaching, it dismantles 19 type wiper relay, draws the control circuit diagram, and works out the intermittent control principle of the electric wiper. The control principle is mainly realized by using the charging and discharging of the capacitor to control the on-off of the relay through the bipolar amplification of the triode.
