随着信息网络技术的突飞猛进,微信成为高校师生群体广泛使用的思想交流工具。微信社群对高校师生的思想政治教育具有深刻影响,它丰富了教育载体,开拓了工作新平台,提升了亲和力,增强了便捷性。但是,微信社群也带来一些消极影响,它动摇了教育主体的权威性,不良信息易引发思想混乱,碎片化信息削减了思想政治教育的实际效力,微信依赖影响心理认知发展等。应从加强思想政治教育工作者队伍信息能力建设,精选信息并增强微信交流场域吸引力,建立立体式教育网络促进心理认知发展,整合资源完善长效运行机制4个方面提升微信社群对高校思想政治教育的效力。

With the rapid development of information network technology,We Chat has become a widely used tool for the exchange of ideas between teachers and students in universities. The We Chat community has a profound impact on ideological and political education of college students: On the positive side,it enriches the education carrier, opens up a new platform,improves the affinity and enhances convenience.However,We Chat community is a double-edged sword.It also has negative impact on education: It vacillates the authority of education subject, easily leads to confusion due to bad information and weakens the actual effects of ideological and political education because of fragmented information. We Chat depends on the effect of psychological cognitive development. The paper proposes the improving strategies from the following aspects: strengthening ideological and political education workers ' ability to control the information construction, selecting information and enhancing the We Chat communication attraction,establishing the integrated education network to promote cognitive development,integrating resources to improve long-term mechanism.
