摘要
伴随着我国城市轨道交通行业的飞速发展,地铁列车前端趋向于个性化与定制化,并需要融入强烈的城市特色。目前国内地铁列车前端设计方法各异、思路不一,甚至存在缺陷,影响地铁车辆生产的进度和质量。以既有线路列车前端的设计与制造为例,结合部件生产工艺、碰撞仿真模拟和实际生产反馈,详细阐述新一代地铁列车前端的设计思路与方法。在此基础之上,通过与目前运营车辆结构的对比,重点探讨地铁列车前端关键部位的设计改良与优化,以期提高地铁列车前端的安全性、工艺性,提升车辆整体技术水平。
With the rapid development of rail transportation industry in China, the design of metro train front end tends to be tailor-made and customized, and strong reflection of urban characteristics are needed. At present, there are various design methods for metro train front end in China. There are many different ideas and even defects, which affect the progress and quality of metro vehicle production. Taking design and manufacture of the front end of train on the existing lines as an example, and with consideration of component production process, train collision simulation and actual production feedback, this paper elaborates in detail the design idea and method of the front end of new-generation metro trains. On this basis, by comparing with the current operational vehicle structures, it mainly discusses the design improvement and optimization of the key parts of the front end, in order to improve the safety and manufacturability of the metro train front end and improve the metro vehicle overall technology level.
