Analysis on emergency stop button faults of metro train on main lines and treatment suggestions

南宁市轨道交通1号线地铁列车在正线试运营时,由于紧急停车按钮故障导致列车紧急制动无法缓解。从紧急停车按钮故障的影响入手,结合紧急停车按钮在列车中所起的作用及原理,通过对重点案例的分析,提出列车在正线运营时紧急制动按钮故障的处理措施及建议,以避免同类故障造成的影响扩大化。

When Nanning metro line 1 trains were in the test operation on main lines, emergency stop button faults caused emergency brake release failures. By discussing the emergency stop button failure effect as a starting point, with a consideration of the role of emergency stop button in train and its working principle, through the analysis of key cases, this paper works out some treatment measures and suggestions for train operation on main lines when emergency stop button fault occurs. It provides some references for metros to deal with similar faults, and to avoid big effect caused by the small faults.
