摘要
上世纪八十年代,发达国家的反思性教学改革引发了新一轮的教学思潮。提倡反思性教学是为了提升高校青年教师的教学水平,促进高校教师的发展和成长。结合教师反思性教学行为特点和理论进行探讨,旨在激活教师的反思意识,提升青年教师灵活应用反思策略的能力,增强青年教师的认知水平,改进教学行为。
There was a reform on reflective teaching in developed countries since 1980s.Reflective teaching aims to improve college young teachers' teaching ability and also to promote their professional development.This paper,based on discussing the characteristics of teachers' reflective teaching and related theories,aims to activate teachers' awareness of reflection,enhancing their ability of applying reflective strategies flexibly and the cognition of reflection,and finally to improve their teaching.
